Qi-Flow

Qi-Flow is a slow-moving form of meditation, breathwork, and somatic practice in one.

Its beauty is in the softness, the slow fluid movements, the long exhales, the relaxed jaw, and the focus is always on the heart, and feeling a smile here.

All of these elements, when combined together, creates a gentle and loving environment for you to feel a connection back to your heart.

To be able to view yourself and the world from this space, this frequency, and energy. It gives you the opportunity to clear old stories and patterns that are keeping you trapped and weigh heavy on your soul.

These heavy and dense energies are what blocks you from vibrant health and the future you deserve.

Qi-Flow is a method that I use as a way to come home to your heart. It’s a remembering of who we truly are. It’s an opportunity to see yourself and the world through and from the eyes of the heart. It’s a practice of loving ourselves with the love, care and respect we deserve.  It is the antidote to the worlds stress 

Q: How long is a Qi-Flow class and what do I need?

The class is 60 minutes long. You just need some water and comfortable clothing with hair out of the way.

Q: What if I cant stand for very long?

Not a problem! Qi-Flow can be done seated whilst we build strength to stand for longer periods of time.

Q: What if I’m not well enough to join a class?

I offer private one to one session for those unable to join a class

Q: Can anyone practice Qi-Flow?
